Important Notice Regarding DMCA Claims

KAKADU takes copyright infringement very seriously. We have implemented strict measures to ensure compliance with intellectual property laws. However, we have recently received numerous fraudulent DMCA notifications that do not comply with legal requirements. This page outlines our official policy for legitimate copyright claims.

Warning About False Claims

Knowingly misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing may subject you to liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. KAKADU reserves the right to pursue legal action against parties who submit fraudulent DMCA notifications, including claims for damages and attorneys' fees.
